Refund policy

1. Overview

At Skinaffair, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process in compliance with Pakistan’s consumer protection guidelines.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at help.skinaffair@gmail.com.

Provide order details and photos of the damaged item for quick resolution.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after inspection of returned items.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective products.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.


6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide accurate bank details when requested. It will be the customer's responsibility to provide correct bank account details, and we will not take any responsibility for transactions in incorrect bank accounts.
